Let’s dive right in: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Manage PV, ESS and distribution orders in the CRM system to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment.</li><li>Issue customer invoices in line with order details and contract milestone schedules.</li><li>Maintain strong CRM data quality and support reliable pipeline tracking and order management.</li><li>Prepare and update reports and dashboards that support transparency and better business decisions.</li><li>Improve and document sales operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment and Logistics on project coordination, delivery tracking and new subsidiary setup from a sales operations perspective.</li></ul> Your profile All right, that sounded interesting, didn’t it? To thrive in this role and enjoy it for the long run, your background could look like this: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.</li><li>You bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured way of working.</li><li>You have solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas, and enjoy working with data.</li><li>You are interested in business processes, reporting and finding smarter ways to work through automation.</li><li>You are organized, proactive, eager to learn and confident managing multiple tasks at the same time.</li><li>Your Spanish and English skills are both at C1 level, and experience with CRM systems, SAP, Dynamics or Power BI would be a plus.</li></ul> Why us?
