Commercial Structuring<ul><li>Represent Eavor in all commercial risk management matters.</li><li>Support development of balanced and bankable risk allocation models between project stakeholders including utilities, project developers, contractors, suppliers, drilling companies, operators, insurance providers, and investors.</li><li>Support the negotiation and implementation of commercially sustainable contractual structures.</li><li>Evaluate commercial and contractual project risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, legal advisors, financing institutions, insurers, and technical experts to ensure project bankability.</li></ul> Contract Management &amp; Procurement Strategy<ul><li>Lead the development, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts across project phases.</li><li>Work with Technical and Well Services team to develop standard consulting, screening, feasibility, and service agreements for Eavor’s growing advisory business.</li><li>Support the development of more complex contractual frameworks for major infrastructure projects.</li><li>Structure procurement and tendering processes for clients and project partners.</li><li>Coordinate commercial interfaces between technical, legal, procurement, and financing stakeholders.</li></ul> Organizational Culture &amp;
