The role owns the day-to-day running of social media, electronic newsletters (EDMs) and the contacts database, supports media monitoring and outreach, and provides hands-on production support while developing a grounding in PR and communications practices over time.   This role is central to IEEFA Australia’s shift toward more responsive, well-targeted engagement, and to closing long-standing gaps in social media and audience management.
