Key responsibilities include translating product requirements into compliance design specifications, planning and executing QA test plans for new product introduction (NPI) projects, managing the end-to-end certification process for NPI products, and maintaining compliance for released products. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: •    Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) project planning and take ownership of HQA deliverables. •    Develop and execute HQA test plans in alignment with Landis+Gyr standards. •    Translate product safety and regulatory requirements into high-level design specifications, utilizing standards from organizations such as ANSI, IEC, UL, FCC, ISED, and others as applicable. •    Co-own compliance deliverables for assigned projects throughout the gated NPI development process. •    Support the evaluation and selection of external compliance laboratories for assigned projects. •    Plan, manage, and coordinate compliance activities, including testing and certification for FCC/IC, electrical safety, and hazardous location requirements. •    Assist in defining compliance specifications for new products. •    Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality and compliance processes. •    Manage and sustain compliance status for released products as assigned. •    Continuously update job-related skills through company-provided training and individual development plans. •    Support and adhere to the company’s core values. •    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. •    Uphold and comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy. •    Represent the company in a positive and professional manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.  Company Values: •    Supports and adheres to Company’s core values.  •    Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.  •    Supports and adheres to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.  •    Represents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.
