A Director of Commercial Operations is a critical driver of revenue growth, ensuring that the commercial organization operates efficiently, strategically, and cohesively. Commercial Strategy &amp; Planning: •    Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with revenue and margin goals, in coordination with Proposal Leader. •    Lead annual and quarterly planning, including order entry forecasting and pipeline modeling. •    Identify and implement opportunities to optimize commercial performance and reduce operational friction. 2. Sales Operations Leadership: •    Guides sales processes, CRM governance, pipeline hygiene, and sales enablement tools to to optimize commercial results. •    Ensures accurate reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across commercial contracting teams. 4. Performance Analytics &amp; Insights: •    Establish dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights into revenue, pricing, and other contracted order entry impacting areas. •    Identify risks and opportunities in the commercial funnel and recommend corrective actions. 5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: •    Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success around shared commercial objectives. •    Serve as the operational bridge between customer‑facing teams and internal stakeholders. •    Drive onboarding for new Commercial stakeholders and participants. 6.
