Develop processes and tracking tools with key milestones, parameters, schedules, and cost forecast.</li><li>Creating materials that support project development, including presentations, talking points, and market analysis.</li><li>Assist with implementing permitting strategies, schedules, and agency and public outreach efforts to minimize project cost and risk.</li><li>Create and/or manage internal tools for tracking efforts to develop/construct projects and for coordinating internal resources and priorities</li><li>Assist with development efforts such as land agreement negotiations, processing, and permit preparation</li><li>Support due diligence on project acquisition opportunities as requested</li><li>Provide development support through engineering, procurement, construction, and financing as required</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree a plus</li><li>Broad knowledge of Federal, state, regional, and local air, water, and conservation laws, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills, detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of work product.</li><li>Ability to manage a diverse workload, often providing support to processes managed by colleagues, while prioritizing tasks and effectively juggling competing deadlines.</li><li>Excellent Team-worker, prioritizing the fulfillment of team objectives</li><li>Travel, as required (up to 25%)</li><li>0-4 years of work experience in a related industry desired but not required</li></ul>Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran
