Draw insights from data and design HR strategies based on those insights.</li><li>Support the business' HR needs in partnership with corporate HR practices, including driving the employee life cycle processes: attraction, recruiting, onboarding, leaves of absence, learning/development, engagement/retention, performance management (including employee performance, disciplinary matters, and talent management), employee problem-solving, and offboarding.</li><li>Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required. </li><li>Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations for location.</li><li>Ensure compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory HR training, continuing education, and work assessments.
