You will manage the full cycle of indirect procurement from Source-to-Pay (S2P) , includes supplier creation/modification, supplier management, RFQ, contract creation, purchase requisition, goods receipt, payment. You will develop green catalog to simplify RFQ process and answer queries from requesting departments and conduct user training when necessary also identify and implement solutions for inefficiencies or irrationalities in operations.You will support price and payment term negotiation for requesting departments and document outcomes by reporting, exception management and manage exceptions (special liaison forms, post-order issuance reports) by maintaining ledgers, analyzing root causes, and proposing improvement actions, complete necessary training.4. You will provide procurement consultation to stakeholders and drive process improvement/automation via procurement platforms (e.g., contracted items, catalog integration).Support strategic procurement with data, price analysis, and report development and complete other tasks delegated by line manager, with clear understanding of functional reporting, dependencies, and accountabilities.5.
