Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the DACH market, aligning with global marketing objectives. * Manage and execute integrated marketing programs across various channels, including digital marketing, events, public relations, content marketing, and sales enablement. * Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the DACH region. * Collaborate closely with local sales teams to ensure marketing activities support sales objectives and drive pipeline growth. * Manage the DACH marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI. * Oversee localization of global marketing materials and develop region-specific content to resonate with the DACH audience. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and industry associations. * Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Represent Hitachi at industry events, conferences, and seminars within the DACH region. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional marketing role focusing on the DACH market. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth. * Strong understanding of the DACH business landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances. * Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. * Demonstrated experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to travel frequently within the DACH region and occasionally internationally.<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
