We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.<h1>Job description</h1>Job SummaryAutomation SME is responsible for leading industrial automation, rail, digital manufacturing initiatives, providing technical leadership for automation teams, and delivering projects involving IIoT, MES, PLC, HMI, SCADA, OPC UA/DA, DCS, and related technologies.  This role combines engineering expertise, solution architecture, team leadership to drive operational excellence, rail, digital transformation, manufacturing productivity improvements and project management. <ul><li>Act as Technical Lead for the Automation Engineering team.</li><li>Define technical architecture and automation standards across projects.</li><li>Review engineering designs, control strategies, and software development activities.</li><li>Mentor and coach automation engineers and developers.</li><li>Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex automation and production issues.</li></ul> Job Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Automation or Mechatronics major.</li><li>8+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, rail, or digital manufacturing.</li><li>Proven experience leading automation, rail projects and engineering teams.</li><li>Strong experience in manufacturing, rail environments.</li><li>Good at English skills (both verbal &amp; non-verbal).</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global, team of innovators.
