Business Scaling<ul><li>Lead commercial execution for Nextpower's portfolio of solar solutions, including trackers, foundations, inverters, eBOS, engineering support, procurement coordination, logistics, and design services.</li><li>Develop pricing strategies, business cases, revenue forecasts, margin improvement plans, and executive reporting.</li><li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators including pipeline growth, bookings, revenue, margins, project conversion rates, quote cycle time, customer adoption, and reference project performance.</li><li>Help build scalable commercial processes and repeatable sales methodologies that support long-term organizational growth.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Leadership<ul><li>Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Project Delivery teams to develop competitive commercial solutions.</li><li>Coordinate commercial commitments with supplier capacity, inventory strategies, procurement planning, logistics, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Ensure organizational readiness by aligning resources, customer commitments, contracting requirements, and execution priorities.</li><li>Collaborate across the organization to support new product launches and strategic growth initiatives.</li></ul>Partner &amp;
