You will manage scheduling and routing, oversee daily reporting, and support accurate on-time deliveries regardless of weather conditions. This includes but is not limited to: wearing your seatbelt when the vehicle is in motion, safely exiting and entering the flow of traffic, using hands-free cellular features, and using proper lifting form. </li><li>Champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization identifying areas of opportunity and implementing new processes to meet business needs. Implements best practices and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures.  </li><li>Develops a highly effective leadership team by applying high standards for selection and continued performance; establishes clear and stretching goals, communicates and delegates key responsibilities, and actively utilizes all performance, development, and career tools, to their full potential.</li><li>Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments including Inbound Logistics, FC Operations, and regional driver Hubs to ensure a cohesive and integrated supply chain. Together, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery and maintain a high customer approval rating. </li><li>Analyze data to prepare and issue performance reports, identifying areas of improvement. Proficient in root cause analysis, with the ability to develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.</li><li>Build strong professional relationships with their direct reports and site HR Business Partners.
