Participating in strategic projects and modernization initiatives, collaborating with engineering and reliability teams to improve plant performance and energy efficiency.Expertise in applying, auditing, and enforcing safety standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices across complex operations.Expert in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing highly complex automation systems.Ability to lead and perform comprehensive inspections, interpret and validate technical documentation, schematics, and diagrams,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis of critical automation systems failures, including implementation of long-term corrective actions.Taking immediate action in case of accidents by halting operations and ensuring proper medical response. Stop or restart production equipment upon detecting major malfunctions, safety hazards, or risk of machine damage.Determine scope and timing of maintenance interventions The employee may be required to make additional decisions as directed by the Company and/or in consideration of operational, quality and safety requirements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in advanced automation, system integration, and process optimization within industrial or manufacturing environmentsAbility to communicate in business language –  country specific. Expert-level understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Deep expertise in safety procedures, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Technical proficiency in interpreting production machinery documentation. Advanced expertise in PLC, SCADA, robotics, and system integration. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and ability to ensure full compliance across operations.
