As Functional Business Consultant – Sales, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end Sales processes and system capabilities, covering IFS Cloud (ERP) and Dynamics CRM. You ensure a seamless Lead‑to‑Order process across systems while driving continuous improvement and digital enablement of the Sales organization. You combine process expertise, ERP/CRM understanding, and consulting skills to create sustainable, business‑driven solutions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales Process &amp; Capability Ownership<ul><li>Own and improve end‑to‑end Sales processes (Lead‑to‑Order, Quotation, Pricing, Order Management)</li><li>Act as key ISM partner for the Sales organization</li><li>Ensure consistent process and data flow across CRM and ERP</li></ul>IFS Cloud &amp; CRM Functional Consulting<ul><li>Configure and optimize Sales functionalities in IFS Cloud</li><li>Act as functional counterpart for Dynamics CRM</li><li>Analyze incidents and change requests across both systems</li><li>Support testing, releases, and system quality assurance</li></ul>Integration &amp; Solution Design<ul><li>Ensure smooth integration between CRM and ERP</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear functional designs</li><li>Prepare solution concepts and decision templates</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Coordinate and steer external service providers</li><li>Facilitate workshops and alignments with Sales, Finance, and Operations</li><li>Enable users through training and documentation</li></ul>
