We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join "Team Green." In this role, you will be serving as a critical link between our dispatch team, field drivers, customers, and management. You will handle daily work order processing, track compliance documentation, and ensure our fast-paced daily logistics run smoothly and efficiently.<h3></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Track, and process operational work orders daily. Ensure all customer records, billing, and order changes are entered accurately into internal operating systems (OMS)..</li><li>Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding service tracking, statements, or updates. Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Office Administration, and Account Managers to resolve field issues.</li><li>Review field paperwork for accuracy, verify missing job documentation, assist with vendor invoice posting, and generate purchase orders (POs) or expense tracking logs.</li><li> Ensure field technicians have up-to-date training certificates, organize health and safety documentation, and always model GFL’s safety-first workplace culture.</li><li>Participates in the after-hours / on-call program</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a busy environment with unexpected interruptions.</li><li>Strong analytical, interpretive, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
