Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</div>Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers throughout battery cell and/or pack development programs </li></ul><ul><li>Lead customer engagement, including technical discussions, program reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management </li></ul><ul><li>Lead and facilitate technical meetings and workshops; ensure clear documentation, action tracking, and alignment with internal teams and customers </li></ul><ul><li>Lead cross functional teams throughout RFI/RFQs process and technical proposals in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams </li></ul><ul><li>Lead the development of battery cell and pack programs from concept through production, coordinating closely with customers and internal cross functional teams </li></ul><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables </li></ul><ul><li>Identify program risks across technical, schedule, cost, and quality and drive mitigation plans </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial across regions to meet program timing, deliverables and cost </li></ul><ul><li>Regularly communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to engineering and executive leadership </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and drive innovative solutions to overcome technical and program obstacles while maintaining schedule adherence </li></ul><ul><li>Prioritize and track cross-functional action items, balancing resources, risks, and program outcomes </li></ul><ul><li>Support on-site customer meetings, technical workshops, and plant visits in the US and China </li></ul><ul><li>Support DFMEA, PFMEA, DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP activities as required by customer programs </li></ul><ul><li>Up to 30% domestic and international travel </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related discipline) </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in automotive, EV, or energy storage product development </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or equivalent customer-facing leadership roles </li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of Li-ion battery cell and/or battery pack systems, including development and validation processes </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience working directly with US or global automotive OEM customers </li></ul><ul><li>Solid knowledge of automotive product development and launch processes, including DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and senior leadership </li></ul><ul><li>Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required </li></ul><div><div><div>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
