This role will involve the daily management of suppliers and inbound supply. This individual must understand manufacturing processes and supply chain strategies.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities  <ul><li>Manage inventory levels for maintenance spare parts, consumables, and critical equipment.  </li></ul><ul><li>Create, track, and expedite purchase orders to support maintenance and operational needs.  </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues.  </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and optimize critical spare parts inventories based on equipment risk, usage, and lead times.  </li></ul><ul><li>Process and track RMAs, warranty claims, and supplier returns.  </li></ul><ul><li>Support maintenance planning activities by ensuring materials are available before scheduled work.  </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain inventory records, BOMs, and material data within CMMS and inventory systems.  </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.  </li></ul><ul><li>Generate and publish inventory, procurement, and storeroom performance metrics.  </li></ul><ul><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management, storeroom operations, and material readiness. </li></ul> Required <ul><li>2+ years of experience in maintenance inventory management, MRO procurement, warehouse operations, or related industrial environments.  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of industrial spare parts, equipment, and maintenance practices.  </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Excel.  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance, operations, engineering, and suppliers.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.  </li></ul> Preferred <ul><li>Experience supporting manufacturing, processing, chemical, mining, energy, or industrial operations.  </li></ul><ul><li>Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience developing inventory strategies and critical spare programs.  </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance concepts and asset management practices. </li></ul> <div>The position is full-time.
