You will partner closely with our operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support decision-making through insightful analysis, reliable reporting, and forward-looking planning. Leading our accounting operations and directly supervising our Staff Accountant, you'll ensure we have the financial infrastructure and discipline to support Oribi's growth while maintaining the agility of a nimble, innovative manufacturer. You're equally comfortable building a forecast, closing the books, and walking the production floor to understand how the business really works.Additional information – This role is office-based but requires a "go to the gemba" mindset. We expect you to regularly walk the production floor, observe our manufacturing processes, and build relationships with operators, engineers, and supervisors. The best financial insights come from understanding how continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic components are actually made—not just reviewing spreadsheets.
