As part of our Equipment Maintenance team, you will contribute to collaboration/partnership with our engineering and operation teams. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Lead &amp; Develop: Supervise, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Drive Equipment Reliability: Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot &amp; Improve: Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements to eliminate recurring equipment failures.</li><li>Coordinate Operations: Partner with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Controls teams to prioritize work, support commissioning, and execute planned shutdowns.</li><li>Manage Maintenance Execution: Ensure work orders, labor, parts usage, and asset history are accurately maintained in the CMMS while monitoring key maintenance performance metrics.</li><li>Ensure Safety &amp; Compliance: Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li> Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field, equivalent experience will also be considered.</li><li>5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li><li>Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Experience leading maintenance technicians in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.</li><li>Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as MaintainX, SAP, Maximo, or similar.</li><li>Ability to prioritize work, manage competing priorities, and drive equipment uptime while minimizing downtime.</li><li>Experience planning and coordinating maintenance activities, including shutdowns, repairs, and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), NFPA 70E, OSHA, and machine guarding requirements.</li><li>Experience supporting equipment installations, commissioning, and production ramp-ups is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.</li><li>Ability to analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting tools.</li><li>Flexibility to support off-shift, weekend, or emergency maintenance activities as business needs require. </li></ul><h3>Where you'll work: </h3>This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
