That means owning the full commercial logic of the business: where we position the network, what we charge for it, how we further build our brand, what propositions we take to fleet operators and business customers, and what policy environment we need to grow. These are not separate functions to be managed in parallel. They are interconnected commercial decisions, and the CCO is the executive who holds that logic together.The commercial organisation comprises four domains, each led by a Director: Network Development, Growth, Marketing &amp; Communications, and Public Affairs. These are strong, experienced leaders running capable teams, collectively over 100 people.
