Reporting to the Director P&amp;C Operations, Northern Europe, this role delivers high quality operational advice, ensures consistent application of policies, and partners with senior leadership and people managers on day-to-day people matters across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.  The role also partners with the wider P&amp;C Ops community in the region and the Strategic P&amp;C Business Partners aligned to the business units that operate in the Nordics.  The Specialist plays a key role in supporting change management, improving the employee experience, resolving issues early, and enabling a high performing, values driven culture.Key Accountabilities1. Change Management<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Support leaders in managing post-restructure impacts, including team stability, morale, and role clarity</li><li>Track and monitor change adoption, highlighting risks or areas of resistance</li><li>Help reinforce clarity around roles, responsibilities, and ways of working within the new structure</li><li>Ensure key messages are communicated consistently across teams and locations</li></ul>2. Engagement &amp; Listening<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Analyse feedback from listening forums and surveys, supporting the development of practical actions</li><li>Identify potential engagement risks following organisational changes</li><li>Support initiatives to rebuild engagement and team effectiveness post-transition</li><li>Contribute to regular pulse checks to monitor employee sentiment</li></ul>3. Organisation Effectiveness<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Support the implementation of the new organisational structure at a team level</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies</li><li>Help ensure alignment between team structures, capabilities, and business needs</li></ul>4. Leader Capability &amp; Support<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Provide day-to-day support and guidance to managers navigating change and team challenges</li><li>Equip managers with tools and guidance to manage performance, absence, and wellbeing</li><li>Support leaders in setting clear team priorities and objectives</li></ul>5. Wellbeing &amp; Recovery<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Support delivery of wellbeing initiatives aligned to post-restructure needs</li><li>Work with managers to identify and address workload and capacity concerns</li></ul>6. Retention &amp; Risk Management<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Monitor indicators such as attrition, absence, and engagement, flagging emerging risks</li><li>Support retention activities to maintain team stability</li><li>Assist in identifying critical roles and supporting actions to reduce turnover risk</li></ul>7. P&amp;C Operations &amp; Projects<ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Payroll input, review, approval and query management</li><li>Work closely with project teams to support implementation of IFS and CloudPay</li><li>Work with project team to support payroll and core administrative task centralisation</li><li>Participate in cross functional P&amp;C Projects aimed at driving efficiency and improving employee experience across the lifecycle.</li></ul>Skills, Experience and AttributesEssential<ul><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Experience in an HR/P&amp;C advisory or coordinator-level role, with exposure to employee relations preferably across all Nordics countries.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Strong understanding of HR/P&amp;C processes and employment legislation.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Excellent communication and relationship building skills across all levels.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Confident using P&amp;C systems and working with sensitive data.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">HR Degree (or working towards) or equivalent experience.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Experience supporting continuous improvement or change initiatives.</li><li style="line-height:15.0pt;">Experience in a fast paced, multisite or matrix organisation.</li></ul>At RES, we celebrate differences as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
