This role requires a deep interest in recycling, as well as flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of AMP programs, projects and organization. Responsibilities: Materials Planning <ul><li>Interfaces with the Commercial team on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments </li><li>Anticipate and forecast material demand </li><li>Provide forecast to Commercial sourcing team on material demand by week </li><li>Develop and distribute daily/weekly run schedule </li><li>Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements and company financial goals </li></ul>Inventory Management <ul><li>Communicate with plant colleagues on inventories and anticipated production needs </li><li>Ensure and capture inventory accuracy of downgraded and rejected material from suppliers, in process and post production </li><li>Responsible for total inventory accuracy of 98%+ in value by incorporating a cycle count procedure </li><li>Ensure material storage is in compliance with standards </li></ul>Logistics <ul><li>Oversee procedures for shipping, receiving and storing raw materials </li><li>Organize and manage deliveries, advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to set up deliveries.
