This role collaborates with plant teams to ensure first-pass quality, perform audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.                                                                                                  YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:<ul><li>Manage internal quality tasks within an assigned production area.</li><li>Identify and report quality issues to all levels of the Operations team.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality concerns.</li><li>Communicate supplier-related quality issues to Supplier Quality Technicians and suppliers.</li><li>Promote first-pass quality throughout the manufacturing process.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional team meetings related to quality and production.</li><li>Conduct process and final product audits based on engineering specifications.</li><li>Operate or move JLG equipment as needed for inspection or troubleshooting.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.</li><li>Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Computer literate with Microsoft office especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.</li><li>Strong phone and communication skills.</li><li>Interpersonal skills.</li><li>Sound Business Acumen.</li><li>Knowledge of standard measurement tools.</li><li>Strong math skills.</li><li>Ability to read engineering drawings.</li><li>Good driving record with minimal violations.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS The following represents general working conditions for this role.
