To support the organization of the technical activity of production, to be responsible for the establishment of technological processes of production and their tracking;<div>Responsibilities:</div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Optimize and enhance the performance of production line equipment.</li><li>Document the functionality of machinery and create manuals for troubleshooting and resolving process and equipment issues.</li><li>Assist in the installation of new machinery and validate equipment and processes, including spare parts and replacements.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments of technological equipment and processes, taking action to maintain or improve them as needed.</li><li>Assist in spare parts procurement, inventory management, and documentation, including recording usage during repair activities.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan for equipment and analyze production equipment.</li><li>Collaborate in the design and construction of assembly lines for specific products.</li><li>Propose activities to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Assist in the creation and upkeep of technical specifications and work instructions, ensuring adherence by production staff.</li><li>Implement autonomous support initiatives by developing training materials and providing instruction to production staff.</li><li>Provide support to fellow technicians as needed, according to work schedules and production demands.</li><li>Contribute to the optimization of production processes and resource allocation.</li><li>Actively engage and collaborate with other departments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Technical education or relevant work experience, with a demonstrated history in equipment maintenance.</li><li>Good working level of English language and MS Office suite.</li><li>Knowledge of machinery functionality and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings.</li><li>Eagerness for ongoing skill development and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>Gross Annual Salary Range: 13,907.00 EUR - 19,122.40 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
