To deliver quality accounting, reporting and financial support to key internal and external stakeholders in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform full end-to-end accounts payable processing in the accounting system, including invoice entry, matching, approval verification, and payment processing.</li><li>Review, validate and record vendor invoices for accuracy, approvals, coding, and compliance.</li><li>Manage the AP inbox and delegate inquiries to appropriate team members when needed.</li><li>Deal with vendor enquiries related to invoices/payments, answering phone calls and emails and liaising with relevant departments as necessary.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements regularly.</li><li>Ensure all payments are properly supported and approved in line with payment policies and procedures.</li><li>Proactively track PO spending for assigned vendors, resolve PO discrepancies in collaboration with the Procurement team, and address issues that may impact timely invoice processing.
