Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager (FP&amp;A) to lead a team responsible for financial planning, reporting, forecasting, business analytics, and process improvement. This position provides day-to-day leadership to Finance professionals while ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and driving operational excellence. The Finance Manager partners closely with Accounting, Operations, IT, and Business Leaders to improve financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support strategic business decisions. The successful candidate combines strong technical FP&amp;A expertise with proven people leadership, operational planning, and continuous process improvement.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Develop and manage monthly operational plans, reporting calendars, and team priorities.</li><li>Lead efforts to improve and streamline reporting through Business Intelligence (BI) and AI tools.</li><li>Support business unit reporting, performance tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial analysis.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Oracle, and Excel.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and adherence to financial controls.</li><li>Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to improve reporting processes and data flow.</li><li>Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.</li><li>Recommend enhancements to finance policies, procedures, and reporting standards.</li><li>Monitor departmental costs and support resource planning and budget management.</li><li>Manage monthly accruals, forecasting updates, and month-end close activities.</li><li>Lead cross-functional financial initiatives, coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.</li><li>Analyze financial and operational performance, communicate key variances, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Present financial insights and recommendations to Finance leadership and business partners.</li><li>Develop tools and tracking models to improve visibility and accountability for capital projects.</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.</li><li>8-10+ years of progressive Finance and FP&amp;A experience.</li><li>2-4 years of experience supervising or leading Finance professionals.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar.</li><li>Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to exercise sound judgment, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.</li><li>Collaborative leadership style with experience partnering across multiple business functions.</li></ul>Nextracker offers a comprehensive benefits package.
