<h1><strong>Role Summary</strong></h1><p>The Project Engineer I within our EPC Client Services team supports utility-scale solar, BESS, substation, and related infrastructure projects. This role operates under the direction of a Senior Project Manager. You’ll manage defined scopes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track schedules and budgets, maintain document control, and proactively identify risks. For smaller projects, you may serve as the day-to-day lead with oversight. Strong organization, follow-through, and judgment are essential.</p><h1> </h1><h1><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></h1><h2><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Execution</strong></h2><ul><li>Manage defined project scopes under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations.</li><li>Coordinate internal discipline teams and external subconsultants to support timely and accurate deliverables.</li><li>Track project schedules, budgets, and progress against milestones; proactively identify risks or scope changes and escalate as appropriate.</li><li>Support preparation and submission of monthly invoicing and assist with financial tracking.</li><li>Maintain organized document control, including meeting minutes, action items, RFIs, submittals, and record drawings.</li><li>Review deliverables for completeness and conformance to project standards prior to submission.</li><li>Apply established project management procedures with sound judgment and increasing independence.</li></ul><h2><strong>Client &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</strong></h2><ul><li>Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal team members and support client communications under the direction of a Project Manager.</li><li>Participate in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings; prepare agendas, document key decisions, and track action items.</li><li>Ensure alignment between client requirements, project scope, and internal execution plans.</li><li>Communicate schedule updates, risks, and scope clarifications clearly and promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with discipline leads to confirm deliverables meet client standards and contractual obligations.</li><li>Support proposal development efforts through coordination of scope inputs, schedule assumptions, and project data.</li></ul><h2><strong>Collaboration &amp; Team Support</strong></h2><ul><li>Coordinate closely with discipline leads to ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and delivered on schedule.</li><li>Facilitate internal alignment across engineering, drafting, and project management teams.</li><li>Provide clear status updates and escalate issues that may impact scope, schedule, or budget.</li><li>Support workload planning by helping prioritize deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.</li><li>Contribute to a collaborative, accountable team environment through proactive communication and follow-through.</li><li>Mentor junior project engineers or support staff on project processes and documentation standards as appropriate.</li></ul><h2><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Perform essential duties including meeting project deliverables and deadlines.</li><li>Perform additional related duties as assigned or directed.</li></ul><h1><strong>Experience, Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities</strong></h1><h2><strong>Required</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field or an associate’s degree in a related field plus substantial relevant industry experience.</li><li>Some level of of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment, renewable energy, or similar industry, including internships and coops.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to track schedules and basic project financials and support invoicing under PM direction.</li><li>Strong capability managing project documentation, meeting notes, action logs, RFIs/submittals, and deliverable tracking with high accuracy.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex project issues.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality.</li></ul><h2><strong>Preferred</strong></h2><ul><li>Experience in renewable energy engineering, development, or construction environments.</li><li>Familiarity with the renewable energy project development lifecycle.</li><li>Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and subconsultants.</li></ul><h1><strong>Benefits for Full-Time Positions</strong></h1><ul><li>Participation in Revamp’s Employee Ownership ESOP program</li><li>Competitive compensation with bonus.</li><li>Full benefits package including 99% employer-paid health, vision, life, and dental insurance.</li><li>Medical, dependent care, and commuter FSA.</li><li>Monthly health and wellness stipend.</li><li>Attractive vacation, sick, and holiday pay.</li><li>Paid parental leave.</li><li>401(k) savings plan with 100% match up to 6%, vested immediately.</li><li>Paid volunteer time off and charitable donation matching.</li></ul><h1><strong>About Revamp</strong></h1><p>Founded in 2016, Revamp is the premier employee-owned engineering design firm dedicated to advancing large-scale renewable energy projects.
