This role follows engineering procedures and processes to verify Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) and Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) functionality, performs RF alignment and acceptance testing, measures key RF parameters, generates performance plots, and ensures products meet engineering and customer specifications.This position works closely with Electronics Technicians, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Project Managers, and Customer Service to maintain production schedules, resolve technical issues, and improve product reliability.HPA/HPM products are deployed globally in commercial, industrial, military, and rugged environments where reliability and performance are critical.What Makes You a Great FitThe ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented electronics technician with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and the ability to diagnose complex electronic issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
