Sensata Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Newall operation in Leicester, UK. The Operations Manager is responsible for directing Newall’s Global Operations with full management for customer service, production, facility, equipment maintenance, quality, and safety. This position will be fully responsible for maintaining production to achieve budgeted volumes, cost, and quality standards. Supporting a business recognized for its precision measurement and motion control solutions, the Operations Manager will lead day to day operations while developing organizational capability, advancing continuous improvement, and ensuring the site delivers exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and business results. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to shape the performance and growth of the operation while building and developing a high performing team.General Responsibilities • Manage quality strategies collectively with site leadership team to achieve short and long term objectives.
