Results </p><ul><li>You will work closely with the Head of Independent Partners, the local Sales Leadership team as well as global colleagues to continuously optimise your Sales strategy.</li><li>You continuously observe, understand and analyse the teams portfolios and use existing sales tools such as Salesforce and dashboards to identify areas of strength and improvement</li><li>When applicable, you acquire new partners for our app and ensure a smooth onboarding for them</li><li>You lead weekly 1:1s and Team Meetings, as well as workshops, which can be in-person or remote</li><li>You take ownership of various Sales Projects as well as coaching new colleagues and under performing individuals</li><li>You ensure that global best-practices and process optimisations are implemented into your team in the most effective way </li><li>You are responsible for the Recruitment and onboarding of the Sales Team together with People &amp;
