We are seeking a <b>Regional Sales Manager</b> to lead sales initiatives within an assigned territory and drive continued growth of our industry-leading piping solutions portfolio.</p><p>In this role, you will work closely with distributors, contractors, consulting engineers, municipal engineers, and end users to develop business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and exceed sales objectives.</p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Champion and promote our product portfolio throughout your territory.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.</li><li>Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and end users.</li><li>Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, provide technical support, and identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Deliver product presentations, technical training sessions, and educational seminars to customers and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service.</li><li>Monitor territory performance, customer purchasing trends, backlog, and service levels.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.</li><li>Plan and coordinate extensive territory travel, including customer meetings, events, and industry activities.</li><li>Provide support and guidance to independent sales representatives within the territory, where applicable.</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Engineering background is considered an asset.</li><li>5–7 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the waterworks, utility, construction, industrial, or related sectors.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience selling technical or engineered products.</li><li>Background in waterworks, utilities, piping systems, or infrastructure markets.</li><li>Experience working with distributors, contractors, consulting engineers, and municipalities.</li></ul><h2>What Makes You Successful</h2><p>You thrive on building trusted relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering results.
