Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead regional Finance transformation, Shared Services and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation, with end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, quality, timeline and budget adherence.</li><li>Drive SSC integration, activity-split implementation and process harmonization initiatives.</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, risks, dependencies and project budgets where applicable.</li><li>Prepare and present executive-ready project status updates, project plans, business cases, decision papers and steering committee presentations.</li><li>Lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities across functions and regions.</li><li>Drive implementation of automation and technology initiatives in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable best practices and performance improvements.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.</li><li>7–10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Finance transformation, Shared Services/GBS or consulting.</li><li>Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional projects.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, influencing and change management capabilities.</li><li>Good understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R.</li><li>Experience with process optimization, automation, system implementation or Shared Services initiatives.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for business case modelling, financial analysis, KPI tracking and project reporting, and PowerPoint for executive presentations, steering committee materials and management communication.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally as required.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
