The position in based in Turin (Piossasco).Accountabilities <ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic railway markets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.</li><li>Support bid activities, including market engagement, opportunity qualification and commercial positioning.</li><li>Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline development and market analysis to support business growth.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, bidding, finance and delivery teams to shape competitive and compliant solutions.</li><li>Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and business development initiatives.</li></ul>Competencies <ul><li>Commercial mindset with strong customer focus.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional</li><li>Results-oriented approach with strong planning and prioritisation skills.</li><li>Proactive attitude and capability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.</li></ul>Required Skills/ Knowledge<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, business development or bid support within the railway, transportation or infrastructure sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and commercial drivers.</li><li>Experience working with complex tenders, pre-bid activities or opportunity qualification processes.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop business opportunities.</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.</li></ul>Desired Skills/ Knowledge<ul><li>Experience in signalling, digital rail, operation control systems or turnkey transportation projects.</li><li>Knowledge of public procurement processes and contractual frameworks in the rail sector.</li></ul>Education/Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.</li></ul>Languages<ul><li>Fluent Italian and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Additional European languages would be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
