Engineering Collaboration<ul><li>Lead cross-functional NPI efforts with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production</li><li>Partner with product and process engineers to evaluate manufacturability during early design phases and standardize assembly processes across product lines</li><li>Participate in design reviews (PDR, CDR, build reviews) with a manufacturing lens—flag producibility and testability gaps</li><li>Oversee ECRs and ECOs;
