This role is uniquely focused on co-location strategies with renewable developers, identifying solar and wind projects in MISO, SPP, PJM, and other markets, and structuring complex, multi-party agreements that allow Antora to add storage to the grid.A core part of this role is originating and structuring novel commercial agreements with renewable developers, enabling Antora to deliver value to its customers and generate strong risk-adjusted returns. The Staff Structured Origination Manager will sit at the intersection of M&amp;A, energy markets, project development, and structured finance, building Antora’s pipeline of co-located storage projects through developer relationships, rigorous diligence, and creative deal structuring.  Roles &amp; Responsibilities <h2>Co-location Deal Origination &amp; Developer Partnerships</h2> <ul><li>      Developing and managing working relationships with renewable developers in target ISO/RTO markets across the US.</li><li>      Negotiate complex and novel agreements to govern co-development and co-location structures.</li><li>      Structure compensation mechanisms tied closely to Antora’s revenue opportunities that incentivize developers to work with Antora</li><li>      Negotiate the full subsidiary agreement suite in a co-location deal, including, but not limited to; Co-Location and Dispatch Coordination Agreements; and Shared Facilities Agreements;</li><li>      Ensure the structure protects the developer’s energy delivery obligations while enabling Antora to connect to the grid and monetize its LDES.</li><li>      Work with legal and interconnection teams to navigate co-location regulations as they evolve in markets across the US.</li></ul>Project Evaluation &amp; Acquisition<ul><li>      Work with internal stakeholders to apply project scoring frameworks to prioritize opportunities based on site quality, development and interconnection status, market access, and strategic fit.</li><li>      Recommend purchase or partnership terms and deal structures; prepare investment memos for leadership review.</li><li>      Lead negotiations for project acquisitions including MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, and co-development term sheets.</li><li>      Sequence deal execution appropriately across offtake, siting, and development milestones.</li></ul><h2>Financial Modeling &amp; Deal Economics</h2><ul><li>      Collaborate with finance to build out the project-level financial models that underpin acquisition decisions and deal structuring, including project IRRs, revenue projections, co-location deal terms, and returns to Antora under        various dispatch and market price scenarios.</li><li>      Evaluate project financing structures (debt, tax equity, sponsor equity) and their interaction with co-location deal terms.</li><li>      Stress-test deal economics against market price risk, interconnection delays, curtailment assumptions, and counterparty credit.</li><li>      Collaborate with Finance on investment committee materials and project valuation methodologies.</li></ul><h2>Developer Relationships &amp; Origination</h2><ul><li>      Build and maintain relationships with renewable developers, IPPs, and project owners to source co-location and acquisition opportunities.</li><li>      Proactively screen developer portfolios for projects that could accommodate LDES co-location.</li><li>      Manage NDA processes, data room access, and ongoing communication with potential partners and sellers.</li><li>      Coordinate with Antora’s business development team to align project acquisition strategy with the commercial pipeline and customer opportunities. </li></ul><h2>Internal Coordination</h2><ul><li>      Partner with Engineering and Interconnection teams to assess project feasibility, interconnection viability, and LDES integration requirements.</li><li>      Collaborate with Finance and Legal on deal structuring, project financing, and transaction execution.</li><li>      Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status, deal progress, and market intelligence.</li><li>      Build internal playbooks, templates (term sheets, diligence checklists, investment memo formats), and repeatable processes to support Antora’s scaling deal volume.</li></ul>  Key Qualifications<ul><li>      8+ years of experience in renewable energy space, with direct experience in project acquisition, M&amp;A, or structured development partnerships.</li><li>      Demonstrated experience structuring complex, multi-agreement deals in the renewable energy space.</li><li>      Track record of successfully acquiring and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy and/or storage projects in MISO, SPP, or PJM.</li><li>      Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, co-development agreements, and related transaction documents.</li><li>      Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations, especially as they relate to storage projects.</li><li>      Understanding of ISO/RTO capacity markets and how storage assets can participate in and optimize capacity revenues.</li><li>      Ability to manage multiple projects and counterparty relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.</li><li>      Strong communication skills with ability to distill complex deal structures into clear recommendations for leadership.</li></ul>  Additional Qualifications Desired <ul><li>      Direct experience with LDES or battery storage project development or integration of storage into renewable projects.</li><li>      Background in project finance, infrastructure M&amp;A, or tax equity structures.</li><li>      Existing relationships with renewable developers, IPPs, or project owners in MISO, SPP, or PJM.</li><li>      Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies where processes are still being built.</li></ul> Work Location:  Remote, USSalary Range:  $158,000 USD - $225,000 USDSalary Basis:  AnnualPlease note that the salary range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position.
