The company is profitable, the market it operates in is projected to grow 20 to 50 times over the next decade, and Redwood is the only company with the supply chain, the technology, and the operational scale to lead it.</div></div></div></div></div></div>Responsibilities Commercial Execution &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Own end-to-end processing of purchase orders, pricing updates, and commercial transactions for feedstock programs </li><li>Maintain and improve reporting workflows, including data merging, validation, and distribution to internal teams and external partners </li><li>Lead invoicing and settlement processes; resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy across high-value transactions </li><li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for reporting that supports $2–5M+ in quarterly spend </li></ul>External Support <ul><li>Own the full supplier lifecycle for feedstock partners: onboarding, program setup, ongoing operational support, and settlement </li><li>Serve as the primary operational contact for top-tier feedstock partners, maintaining strong external relationships and high service levels </li><li>Proactively identify and resolve partner-facing issues; escalate when appropriate and follow through to resolution </li></ul>Process Ownership &amp; Team Enablement <ul><li>Author, maintain, and improve SOPs for Commercial Operations processes within your focus area </li><li>Support onboarding and training of new team members; serve as a process resource for the broader team </li><li>Identify systemic inefficiencies and lead improvements — not just flag them </li></ul>Data &amp; Systems <ul><li>Maintain clean, auditable commercial data across ERP, CRM, and order management systems </li><li>Perform data validation and analysis to support operational decisions and reporting accuracy </li></ul>Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities  <ul><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience  </li><li>2–4 years in commercial operations, supply chain, or a related field; experience in battery/EV materials or feedstock programs a plus  </li><li> Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, complex lookups, data merging); ERP/CRM proficiency a plus  </li><li> Demonstrated ability to own processes end-to-end with minimal oversight  </li><li>Strong external communication skills; comfortable as a named point of contact for partners  </li><li> Proven track record of writing or improving operational SOPs </li></ul><div>The position is full-time.
