Grow here.  At AECOM  we are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager:Aviation join us at our Dublin office.This role is primarily site-based, with attendance on site required four days per week and one day per week available for remote working.We are seeking a Senior Project Manager:Aviation with 15+ years' experience delivering major building,terminal,airfield and civil infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle. Working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee multidisciplinary project teams, and lead the successful delivery of high-profile developments from project inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.In this role, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a major, multi-year capital investment programme transforming a nationally significant infrastructure asset.We encourage applications from candidates with:<ul><li>Extensive experience working with the NEC Suite of Contracts in a client, contractor, or consultancy environment.</li><li>Proven experience delivering projects within the aviation sector or other operationally complex, live infrastructure environments.</li><li>Demonstrated success delivering major capital infrastructure programmes with responsibility for cost, schedule, risk, governance, and stakeholder management.</li><li>Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring Project Managers.</li><li>Strong client-facing, commercial, and leadership skills with experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.</li></ul>Key responsibilities include:Project Management Activities<ul><li>Lead the coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered and addressed at all stages of the project lifecycle</li><li>Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed task tracker</li><li>Work with the technical teams in coordinating and managing the design consultants and other external service providers</li><li>Organise the appropriate design review meetings and be responsible for communicating design acceptance to the Contractor</li><li>Be responsible for communicating design changes to relevant members of the project team and stakeholders who may be impacted</li><li>Report monthly on the tasks throughout the project’s lifecycle including construction works (during the construction phase) that have been undertaken</li><li>Maintain the overall project risk register and update at monthly progress meetings</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products referring ideas to the appropriate line manager</li><li>Monitor and apply performance management techniques</li><li>Manage the change control process</li><li>Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.</li></ul>
