PFA, Pharma &amp; Food Applications, consists out of 4 business units, Food Processing and Packaging (FPP), Extruded Food Technologies (EFT), Bakery (Bak) and Pharma &amp; Healthcare (PH) and 5 Excellence teams, Service, Business Development, Digitalisation &amp; Innovation, Operations and HRResponsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Manage assigned accounts and serve as their primary point of contact, understanding their needs and requirements.  Ensure long-lasting client relationships.</li><li>Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.</li><li>Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.</li><li>Work closely with the territory manager to develop and execute sales plans for the region/territory, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/territory, expanding the customer base and market share.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote our products and services.</li><li>Operate in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.</li><li>Negotiate purchase agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate and work in a matrix environment to achieve results.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements that may impact our business</li></ul>Candidate could either be based from a GEA office or be home office based within the assigned PFA territory with easy access to a major airport. Must be willing/able to travel to visit customers, potential clients, and tradeshows and industry functions as required.Your Profile / QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field or 5 plus years of relevant experience in B2B sales.</li><li>Proven experience in account management, technical B2B sales or in a similar client-facing role.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously to achieve assigned order intake targets.</li><li>Must be willing/able to travel 75% of the time to visit customers, potential clients, attend trade shows and industry functions.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Proven track record of success in managing a sales territory and exceeding sales targets or related experience.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office products and SAP C4C</li><li>Some prior knowledge of one or more of the following application areas would be beneficial:<ul><li>Preparation and Marination</li><li>Batter breading</li><li>Forming</li><li>Frying</li><li>Cooking</li><li>Drying</li><li>Freezing</li><li>Slicing</li><li>Packaging</li></ul></li></ul>If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Did we spark your interest?
