We are looking for a skilled and proactive Transport Planning Senior Assistant to support international road design and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on the UK &amp; Ireland and US markets. Based in Poland, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop transport strategies, analyse traffic flows, and contribute to the planning of efficient and sustainable road networks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Being accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, modelling delivery on a range of transport projects.</li><li>Contribute to technical projects/reports, drawings, and presentations under guidance from senior staff.</li><li>Participate in traffic design installations for junctions, pedestrian crossings design, traffic signals schemes etc. </li><li>Working on Intelligent Transportation Systems ITS or Traffic Engineering &amp; Operations TEO or Traffic Management Center TMC projects.</li><li>Support feasibility studies, impact assessments, or mobility planning.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, urban planning, and environmental teams on international projects.</li><li>Participate in project meetings and coordinate with global teams across time zones.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in transport planning methodologies.​​​​</li></ul>
