Each product is made from raw materials produced by large air separation and liquefier plants.</p><p>As the <b>Maintenance Coordinator,</b> you will serve as the primary maintenance and technical coordination point for Air Products facilities across Central Asia. Working closely with Plant Managers, maintenance teams, contractors, and technical specialists, you will drive plant reliability, equipment integrity, and maintenance excellence while ensuring safe and efficient operations.</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across operating facilities.</p></li><li><p>Plan and complete planned and emergency plant shutdowns safely, efficiently, and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Drive equipment reliability and asset integrity initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate contractors, vendors, and maintenance resources to support plant operations.</p></li><li><p>Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs.</p></li><li><p>Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implementation of corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor maintenance benchmarks and find opportunities for continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Support maintenance budgeting and cost-control efforts.</p></li><li><p>Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Air Products standards and local regulations.</p></li><li><p>Support SAP/CMMS maintenance planning and reporting activities.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>What We're Looking For</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial environments such as oil &amp; gas, petrochemical, power generation, steel, material handling, or similar sectors.</p></li><li><p>Experience with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance planning.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills in English, Uzbek and Russian.</p></li><li><p>Ability to coordinate multiple collaborators and priorities in a dynamic environment.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of SAP or other CMMS systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with maintenance budgeting and managing costs.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing contractors and external service providers.</p></li><li><p>Reliability, asset management, or shutdown planning experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>If you are interested in the role, please apply here (at the end of this page).
