Supply Chain Planning &amp; Distribution Management<ul><li>Manage domestic Supply and distribution planning across multiple warehouses and depots to ensure smooth product availability and efficient stock movement.</li><li>Prepare Replenishment strategies and STO (Stock Transfer Order) planning for 7,000+ SKUs across Pan-India distribution networks, ensuring optimal inventory flow, efficient and effective dispatch coordination.</li><li>Monitor inventory coverage, stock availability, stock aging, and depot-level inventory balancing to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.</li><li>Drive demand-supply alignment through forecast-based planning and coordination with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams.</li></ul>2. International Supply Planning &amp; Export Operations<ul><li>Lead global supply and demand planning activities for international business operations across 46+ countries.</li><li>Coordinate export order planning, inventory allocation, production alignment, and shipment execution for international markets.</li><li>Improve export supply responsiveness by reducing lead times and strengthening planning accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and export stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches and smooth execution.</li></ul>3. Inventory Optimization &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Drive SKU rationalization initiatives to reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory.</li><li>Implement inventory optimization strategies to improve working capital efficiency and stock productivity.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain operations through analytical and data-driven approaches.</li><li>Apply lean methodologies and SOP standardization to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness.</li></ul>4. Digital Transformation &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI reporting tools using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.</li><li>Automate STO PR processing, inventory coverage monitoring, and planning workflows to improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Generate actionable insights through supply chain analytics and performance reporting.</li><li>Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating technology, automation, and reporting systems into planning operations.</li></ul>5. Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehouse, sales, export, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors, transporters, logistics service providers, and international partners for operational alignment.</li><li>Support implementation of new supply chain processes, tools, and operational improvement initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness.</li></ul>3. Trading Items Planning<ul><li>Manage planning for trading items sourced externally (non‑manufacturing SKUs).</li><li>Align with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and resolve supply issues proactively.</li><li>Track lead times, MOQ, supplier performance, and cost implications.</li><li>Maintain master data accuracy for trading items (lead time, MOQ, pack size, cost).</li></ul><div></div>4. B2B Order &amp; Supply Management<ul><li>Manage B2B customer order fulfilment through effective allocation and supply coordination across India.</li><li>Work with sales and key account teams on availability updates and order prioritization.</li><li>Ensure OTIF (On‑Time In-Full) delivery performance targets are met for B2B accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics to streamline dispatch plans and resolve delivery exceptions.</li></ul><div></div>5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and sales teams.</li><li>Participate in S&amp;OE and IBP meetings, providing insights on inventory, WST, and supply risks/opportunities.</li><li>Support new product introductions, product transitions, and SKU rationalization activities.</li></ul>Skills and CompetenciesA. Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of supply planning, distribution planning, inventory management.</li><li>Knowledge of demand forecasting, distribution planning, and export operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and supply chain planning systems.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Advance Excel, and data analytics tools.</li><li>Expertise in KPI dashboarding, reporting, and operational analytics.</li></ul><div></div>B.
