Performs advanced BIM design and modeling tasks for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems on large-scale projects, primarily within the Middle East region. This role operates with limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and independent judgment in the development of coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.Provides technical leadership, supports project delivery, and contributes to BIM capability development within the team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develops and manages detailed 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements.</li><li>Produces fully coordinated construction drawings, layouts, and schematics aligned with project standards and specifications.</li><li>Provides direct project delivery support, ensuring outputs meet quality, timeline, and client expectations.</li><li>Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards.</li><li>Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and integration issues using BIM tools.</li><li>Conducts model reviews, QA/QC checks, and ensures accuracy and completeness of deliverables.</li><li>Develops, maintains, and applies Revit families, templates, and content libraries.</li><li>Supports implementation of asset data requirements (e.g., COBie) within BIM models.</li></ul>Technical Excellence &amp; Digital Delivery:<ul><li>Provides training and technical support to design staff on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.</li><li>Contributes to continuous improvement of BIM standards, processes, and automation initiatives.</li><li>Assists in troubleshooting complex modeling and coordination challenges.</li><li>Promotes adoption of digital engineering practices across projects</li></ul>
