This position is a general maintenance position for upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, welding and carpentry tasks.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform tasks for the upkeep of the buildings and the grounds</li><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all machinery</li><li>Perform oil changes and fluid level checks on all forklifts and machinery</li><li>Use carpentry, plumbing and electrical for minor repairs</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance of pumps and motors</li><li>Perform basic welding tasks, ie. mig and stick welding</li><li>Maintain a clean and pristine work area at all times</li><li>Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management</li><li>Serve as liaison with vendors for facility repairs</li><li>Purchase equipment/supplies for facility related repairs</li></ul>
