They will manage all inbound and outbound shipments in coordination with purchasing, project teams and management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS: Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: <ul><li>Load and unload small packages. </li><li>Forklift operation. </li><li>Shipment documentation and creation. </li></ul><ul><li>Purchase order creation. </li><li>Package shipments.  </li><li>Mark and tag raw material and put away. </li><li>Other duties, as assigned</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, tasks relating to the following area will be assigned as required. <ul><li>Be a team player. </li></ul><ul><li>Have great attention to detail. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Be reliable (with reliable mode of transportation). </li><li>Strong work ethic. </li></ul>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: <ul><li>A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. </li></ul>DESIRED SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:  <ul><li>Ability to work with minimal oversite. </li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: <ul><li>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand most of the day while working 40-45 -hour work week</li></ul>Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
