Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sector Sales Specialist – Data Center, based in Hyderabad. This role is expected to drive significant revenue growth through consultative selling of complex technical solutions to data center customers. The incumbent will be responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships over extended sales cycles (3 – 6 Months). This role will also manage intricate proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate long-range pipeline forecasts in this highly technical and safety-critical industry operating in remote environments.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Cultivate strategic relationships across operational, technical and executive levels within data center organizations.</li><li>Develop complex technical solutions addressing specific data center challenges.</li><li>Manage intricate contract negotiations balancing risk and commercial terms for high-value, long-term projects.</li><li>Create compelling business cases demonstrating clear operational and financial benefits through production impact analysis.</li><li>Lead technical proposal development for sophisticated bids involving multiple product lines and specialized equipment.</li><li>Coordinate solutions across international data center operations with diverse regulatory and logistical requirements.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>6-10 years of experience in Field Sales/ BD roles</li><li>Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical is a must.
