This role combines deep expertise in wholesale power markets, quantitative analysis, revenue forecasting, and market strategy to identify and maximize value creation opportunities. The Manager will be responsible for developing market views, evaluating emerging market opportunities, overseeing revenue and market analyses, and translating complex market dynamics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Standard office hours are from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST. The demands of projects may require work outside of these times.  </li></ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits: <ul><li>Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $144,000 - $174,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. This range reflects the target level for this hire; however, we may consider candidates at other career levels depending on experience.
