Overview The Sales &amp; Business Development Manager is responsible for managing all sales-side aspects of large EPC solar projects in Romania and upcomming eastern European Markest. The role ensures the successful management of customer relationships, the acquisition of new clients, and the coordination of all sales-phase activities.    Acting as the primary point of contact for customers until project handover (contract signature and official handover meeting to the PM department), the position supports Greencells’ expansion by aligning stakeholder needs with company capabilities, developing effective sales strategies, and managing opportunities and risks in the renewable energy market.
