At the same time as building client relationships and actively encouraging participation to our runs, the successful person will become familiar with our algorithm and be able to administer a Rates run using our proprietary matching platform. They will also provide assistance with the delivery of post-trade and settlement information.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain client relationships for our Rates business.</li><li>Work with Senior Sales and Product Managers to on-board clients for Matchbook.</li><li>Entertain existing and new business relationships in conjunction with Brokers</li><li>Review system and client static data to ensure integrity of trade results</li><li>Ensure post trade and other queries from traders and middle office staff is dealt with quickly and efficiently via email and telephone.</li><li>Liaise with colleagues in other regions to ensure the systems are kept up to date.</li><li>Monitor Markets</li><li>Train customers on SEF platform.</li><li>Other duties as may be assigned.</li></ul>In addition, the person will have responsibility to:<ul><li>Ensure they are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to the role and any other activities for which they have any level of responsibility. Ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviours, security policies and regulatory requirements)</li><li>Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.</li><li>Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out all duties</li><li>Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as described in the policy</li><li>Escalate risk events immediately and log them within 24 hours using the risk event capture form on the intranet</li><li>Provide input if requested to the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process, scenario analysis, ‘Deep Dive’ reviews and any other risk management processes, as required</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Strong client relationship management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to support client onboarding activities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail when reviewing system and client data.</li><li>Ability to manage post-trade and operational queries efficiently.</li><li>Market monitoring and market administration capabilities.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Sound problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Exposure to Rates markets.</li><li>Client-facing sales or relationship management experience.</li><li>Experience supporting client onboarding processes.</li><li>Familiarity with post-trade and middle-office workflows.</li><li>Exposure to electronic trading platforms.</li><li>Financial services or capital markets experience.</li><li>Experience working across multiple regions and business functions.</li></ul>Role Band &amp; Level<ul><li>Professional / 4</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>$70,000 – $80,000 (Commensurate with experience)</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid #LI-ENTNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
