The selected candidate will assist in site supervision, quality assurance, progress monitoring, and coordination with the client and contractor to ensure successful execution of the project.</h2><h2></h2><h2><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></h2><ul><li><h2>Supervise day-to-day electrical construction activities at the project site.</h2></li><li><h2>Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.</h2></li><li><h2>Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.</h2></li><li><h2>Witness testing and commissioning activities of electrical systems and equipment.</h2></li><li><h2>Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.</h2></li><li><h2>Coordinate with the Independent Engineer, client, contractor, and other stakeholders on technical and project-related matters.</h2></li><li><h2>Identify construction issues and support timely resolution to avoid project delays.</h2></li><li><h2>Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, statutory regulations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.</h2></li><li><h2>Assist in preparing progress reports, site observations, and technical documentation.</h2></li></ul><h2><span><b>Qualification</b></span></h2><ul><li><h2>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.</h2></li></ul><h2><span><b>Experience</b></span></h2><ul><li><h2>Minimum <b>3–5 years</b> of experience in construction supervision or execution of <b>EHV/HV substations, transmission, or power infrastructure projects</b>.</h2></li><li><h2>Experience in <b>AIS/GIS substation projects</b> will be preferred.</h2></li><li><h2>Knowledge of testing and commissioning activities is desirable.</h2></li></ul><h2><span><b>Skills &amp; Competencies</b></span></h2><ul><li><h2>Knowledge of electrical construction practices and quality standards.</h2></li><li><h2>Familiarity with relevant Indian Standards and electrical safety regulations.</h2></li><li><h2>Good communication and coordination skills.</h2></li><li><h2>Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.</h2></li><li><h2>Proficiency in MS Office.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><p></p><p>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
