Responsibilities: Inventory Management: • Monitor and track inventory levels • Order supplies and materials as needed • Implement systems to optimize inventory management • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials Safety and Compliance: • Enforce safety protocols and procedures • Conduct regular safety training for production team members • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines • Conduct safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records. Team Mentorship: • Empowerment: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and skill development. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to align processes and achieve goals.
